In this video, Lee and her student engage in a drill called Tug of War. This dinking drill can be done for down the line dinking as well as cross court dinking. The goal is to focus on the mechanics of dinking, tracking the ball and recognizing the ball’s flight. Scoring starts at 5-5 and each point ads one to your score and subtracts one from your opponent’s score. (Ex. first point scored makes takes the score from 5-5 to 6-4), a fun and competitive way to improve your dinking skills.
